Jimmy, about your last question. Armen set up a trust for his wife and put his preferred voting shares in it. RXMD is not creating a trust. The deal RXMD cut is to get those shares back and exchange them for commons. Why? Because NASDAQ will not allow super voting shares.
I sure do hope Jay addresses each one in detail because many of us longs are looking for concrete answers to end all the speculation on what the hell he's planning to execute in order to help the PPS recover to fair market value.
