I think there is both a buyout price for meeting end points and a buy out price without meeting end points. Brilacidin has incredible potential for somebody with the money to develop it further, and quick. just my thoughts.

Perhaps when it drops to .04 as Hypemaster E will try everything possible to keep the golden goose alive. Another water into wine pitch may then add a few more pennies from the low so a few bucks can be made.
