If DURING conservatorship !!! - FNMA is private - then the GOV can regulate without accountability

If DURING conservatorship !!! - the conservatorship status moves the private FNMA to a real or DE Facto GOV agency - then FNMA (and FHFA) must act to higher standards of accountability

I don't believe SCOTUS will do anything to limit the government and the government won't comply anyway if they did. Crowd control distraction principles mean concentrate on whether a 17yr old can defend himself from a potentially deadly skateboard strike or a gun being pointed at him. Crowd control distraction techniques mean saturating the airwaves with roev v wade in every single election cycle until control is completed. Many others.
