Anyone with that many shares interested in selling would not in their right mind ever do so at once...this is likely a MM trying to smash this price and keep it from rising. Perhaps because he /she knows the run is coming around the corner and still wants to accumulate more at a lower price and there is little risk anyone would actually slap the ask for that volume.
