I'm not a newbie here. Yes, the books are cooked. Well seen in multiple previous SEC filings and press releases. Revenue numbers do not add-up, and that cannot exist as sales revenue as claimed. Going back years now, too.
"ask management" = LOL! LOL! LOL!

Used to be over 10,000 stores. Where'd the 2,000+ stores go. How'd SurgePays lose over 2,000 stores?

The SurgePays Real Time Revenue Tracker is a fraud, showing sales as selling at tiny little country stores in Mississippi at 3am (when closed) during height of the pandemic (also when closed). Scam here buddy. https://surgepays.com/live/

Tell us where anyone can buy any of those supposed products at just one of the supposed 20,000 transcactions per day location. Please! Mngt and Investor Relations never replies to such fundamental sales and revenue inquiries.

And if 20,000 transactions per day, at over 10,000 stores, yet now at under 8,000 stores, how is the transaction count the same and did not proportionally drop?

If legit sales, thoses 20,000 transactions are predominatly only gift cards a,d cell phone top-ups. Yet SurgePays claims the entire customer gift card value or top-up amount as its revenue. Laughable, of course. SurgePays doing it again with supposed EBB Program revenues of a service it claims to be selling that the company in fact does not provide.

Those supposed 20,000 transactions from ECS that was purchased from another pink sheet scam company. Then supposedly merged into the SurgePays Portal blockchain system. That touted SurgePays Portal distribution system was supposed to be installed into 40,000 to 110,000 AATAC convenience stores, that was completely abandoned without mention by CEO Brian Cox. No store installations at all. Yet, SurgePays claimed $4M plus in revenues that could not possibly have occurred.

It goes on and on. Just read all the three years of press releases from Surge Holdings, Inc and SurgePays Inc. and see near every product and service abandonment and failure by Brian "The Grifter" Cox. Mr. Fake Handshake of Memphis.

LOL.
