I'm seeing pretty much the same patterns on all the hot OTC tickers. You have some flippers that are hitting bids in large lots, but the less volume on these and naturally they are all forming higher bases. The big money will be made here holding long and swinging, but you have some flippers that are swatting bids with large blocks in order to get in lower, but as the volume is drying up and shares drying up, higher and higher bases are being formed.
I also suspect a lot of naked shorting
