I believe reverse mergers happen more often than people even know. I'm not worried about the historical games that were played with IBGR shell before DryWorld reversed merged. In the end, DryWorld has time to work the REG A submission with the SEC before it's approved. I find the fact that they stated ecommerce and Amazon in the REG A as reassuring that it is coming. When? the company will tell us, but I would bet it will be before the REG A is approved/finalized. Only the company knows when that will happen. just my two cents.
