How many of those were actually on time versus early based on the Company's Accelerated Filer status (requiring filing in 40 versus 45 days)?
I'll help with that:

As of the 2019 10-Q their market cap dropped below the Accelerated Filer level. The change in 2019 and 2020 wasn't just coincidental....they had an extra 5 days to file that they didn't have before then.

Today's filing WAS actually early...it was really due on 11/15 (the 14th is a Sunday) based on their Non-accelerated filer status....and I suspect that was done for a reason.
