I hate to say it, but he does have a point. The RegA explicitly says "Our products are sold direct to consumers through our website (www.thedryworld.com) and Amazon brand page." If you check their website and Amazon, you'll see that statement is not [currently] true. Maybe chalk it up to them expecting to be online before the RegA was submitted or approved. But a clarification needs to be made in the meantime.
