If you’re not aware, Cytodyn filed their response to Amarex last Friday, November 5th. In that response, there was no defense by CYDY’s lawyers of the NP email telling Amarex to file the BLA “short” and claims by the Amarex CEO that they warned NP the BLA was incomplete. Not a mention of either and that follows NP telling everyone, “the email is out of context and the lawyers will respond”.
