The 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph in the link is a pretty strong indicator that an acquisition is forthcoming. Additionally, looking at the chart it appears the stock price has bottomed out, consolidated and is now being accumulated for a reversal fueled, in part, buy(pun-intended) this rumor.

It's good to be early with a stock like this especially since it spiked pretty well recently.
