You should share the resource you have that tells you that most longs are well below .003s. That is the the problem trying to flip this stock. They have so heavily diluted it that more than 2/3rd the outstanding share count has changed hands below .003. Take that and the fact that those who need to convert want volume and not necessarily price, they will help keep it down to keep as much of the selling as possible to themselves. They need volume, they already have price to double their stake with the price protections.
