Hi Eggplant :)

You write:

The capital raising transactions announced after the close today appears highly opportunistic

CYRX seems to keep looking for acquisition and for that, they need to have the ability to raise funds. From the CC, I think they keep looking at opportunities in APAC, and especially in China.

In terms of growth, I like your idea of the next earnings report to really see the organic growth of the integrated company, 'apples to apples'. And I can wait :)

As for me, I am impressed with the 'pipeline' of clinical trials and what percentage / when that will translate into commercial products relying on their logistics chain. I have a long timeframe for that company.

So far, I'm up 716%. I can take some pullbacks on this one, I doubt I'll take plunge.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Best of luck with your investments!

Not bad, Mr. Eggplant - you wrote: "Until then, I expect insiders keep selling, and I would expect Blackstone to look for a quicker out." Blackstone filed a 13-d showing disposal of another 500k shares - I think that was 25% of their remaining position. Not certain. CEO Jerrell Shelton also sold > $5m of stock.
