FF, Management’s lack of communication is partly the reason for the decline. JMHO

there was a lot of buying there in the 4's
a lot of loading,and buying millions in the 4's isn't exactly cheap.
so it seems to me some deep pockets aren't too concerned here with a dip,more like an opportunity. ;-)
