The Q-3 Report will be out on or before the 15th - 8 days from now.

This will be the first Quarterly Report out since the Company turned Current & became
Fully Reporting - And I have a hunch that something in it, will reveal . . .
the JV is moving forward and will be announced . . . SOON !!!
