The chart is your evidence of the CEO selling shares?

Are these company shares you are alleging he is "selling" (i.e., issuing)?

Or are these his own shares that you alleging he is "selling" (apparently without having filed the appropriate SEC paperwork)?

Or was this utter bullshit?
