That is 100% wrong! MEMI is not at "Cease Trade" status at all! Where did you see that? The otcmarkets.com shows that MEMI is still traded at the regular "Expert Market"!

Buying its peer (ECEZ) at the most recent high 0.0072 = buying MEMI at 0.1075 which is 107,500 Times of current ridiculous low price 0.000001!
