Bingo. Like Tilton or not, until the share structure changes Tilton will still be involved. His role, has likely been greatly reduced, and will continue to be. What's key is all parties being able to work together.
This isn't the first rodeo for leadership at SBC or T&G Private Equity. That's the ones with the knowledge and where my trust lives.
