Him lying about not knowing about GPL being a share holder (62%)

This one alone should let shareholders aka bagholders know one of two things...

1) SB lies like a dog (as the expression goes)

2) Completely incompetent

Keeping up with SBs lies and failures to deliver might have been too big of a task to take on...

In just the last week, he mislead investors with Pink Status 3x, is personally emailing insider information to his loyals about replies from the OTC - this is a huge violation. He announced Santa Run but since has realized there is already a copy-righted candy crush / billion dollar (LOL) rival named Santa Run, so he changed half his websites to now reflect Get Santa... launching this "Winter" and in 72 hours which will never happen.

Best part about this whole thing is that GPL owned 62% of the company as of June this year (over a billion shares) - and have been under investigation with the SEC for fraud since late August. Both SB and the lawyer are lying in the filings saying there are no majority share holders under investigation. No way a billions shares were sold from June to August 24th - and they definitely still own more than 5% of the company.

Never a dull moment here at HPIL.

Hopefully SB gets called out soon for all the misleading statements he makes, almost weekly. He should be in jail.

If you haven't filed an SEC complaint yet, you should.
Also you should reach out the OTC about SB and his lawyer knowing lying on the Attorney letter.

I have done both and will continue to as long as SB continues to lie to investors.

i do not think dis is needed 'HPIL Holdings (HPIL)' ceo brown is in charge not these items. only truth by him. some delays , the office is sharp & organized.

Can we get a sticky of all SBs failures going??? Was trying to figure out if we passed 20 lies / broken promises yet. I think we are close if you count tweets and PRs. Off the top of my head SB has lied about:

NFT Auctions
Being a partner with Origin
Being a partner with Ansys
Bringing in investors for share buy back
Selling NFT domains to STGZ
Announcing restructuring of selling NFTs to STGZ
Pink Current like 9x and counting
Him lying about dilution
Him lying about not knowing about GPL being a share holder (62%)
Having his attorney lie on the attorney letter about not having a majority share holder not under investigation.
Him lying about pictures being taken in his warehouse
Open house
Said he would stop putting out tweets and only do PRs like a “real business” which they were ??
Said he would stop fighting with internet users
