No, the MM's have not stopped shorting. That report is meaningless to start with. If mm's don't have shares in their inventory to fill an order, they might borrow or buy if they can stay within their spread. It is MEANINGLESS to us retail traders. It is simply a measure of MM activity. Nothing else. You guys need to learn what that report actually means, and how MM's actually work.
