You mean the CEO that has attracted a 13D proxy fight, several shareholder class actions lawsuits, SEC investigation, DOJ investigation, driven the company to insolvency, can only get high cost loans from vulture funds, has the company auditors posting an "ongoing concern" qualification on the annual report. Has cost the shareholders ~$1,500,000,000 in stock valuation in the last year while he took home over $10 million in compensation.

That's a worse record than any biotech CEO that hasn't already been indicted. And he's at risk of being indicted as the DOJ already has significant evidence of stock fraud and insider trading.
