So...NP and team are in violation of securities law for not filing required Form 4?

NP and his TEAM are said to be buying tons of stocks to increase confidence in the company and give the stock price a positive boost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually the opposite is more likely to be true and NP and team are selling shares through family accounts to attempt to sidestep the law.

ALL insiders and spouses MUST file form 4 within 24 hours for all buys and sells.
