This is a very myopic read of the matter
Did Estape breach his NDA with Titan when he made comments on the videos posted on Titan's website? Did he and others breach their NDAs by making the quotes referenced above in the description of Titan on this board?
Of course not ... because NDAs are constructed to allow for the beneficiary and signatory to mutually agree on content or comments in the public domain ... when both parties approve of the message and the content to be released.
That Titan and the new SABs (and old SABs) had nothing to offer in terms of content tells you that Titan didn't want them saying anything (as it wasn't positive) or the docs themselves opted to say nothing as they had nothing concrete or supportive to say.
If Estape did include a quote, it would have been to the effect of "I think the light on the camera is great and think that this could be a tool to use in the future" ... based on his prior comments on the system. And of course, that would not be good to have in a PR, see my earlier post ... condemnation by faint praise
