NDAs don't preclude docs to comment in Titan sponsored videos and press releases.
Case in point - the quotes in the description of Titan at the top of this page, Estape's video appearances and commentary on the company's website, etc. The company and the docs have the ability through NDAs to publicly release mutually agreeable comments and statements subject to each other's consent. This is quite customary and would be expected from the outgoing and ingoing SABs in the PR that Titan released this week.
