Oh my, that’s wrong again, I didn’t say “delist”, that’s Misinformation in itself. A national exchange, the NASDAQ, said DELIST, It’s right in the SEC filings and has been for OVER 6 years - all it takes is thorough DD and utilizing EDGAR.

Why serial Misinformation on this and other stocks that aren’t regularly trading since September 28? On September 28, 2021, new amendments to Rule 15c-211 restrict the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that have not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.

Exactly as factcheckers WARNED FOR OVER A YEAR.

Here’s the excerpt from the documents filed on EDGAR in 2015. Glad it was brought up, albeit falsely. Let’s keep the information here accurate:
