I mean...we will see about your low 30s prediction...I'm seeing low 20s. But, time will tell.
For me, the developments are great...but saying at this point it's worth $150+ is crazy ...maybe in 3 years yes.

Just a heads up, I am long...but I'm realistic. I've taken out my initial investment in the company and now riding free shares. I'll put my initial investment back in after we see what happens this month.
