If we become a buyout candidate during build-up, it will
probably be another CDMO, not Phsrma......drug companies don't need the portfolio AVID has under contract...
Having said that, I also think it will come in the form of a
stock trade....not a cash buyout.....somebody in the mid fifties to
give us 1 to 1 and hasta la vista, baby........great ending to the
week....................GLTA....

The only company that would buy us out at this point would be HALO.


It looks like it would be a wonderful one stock transaction. Or half cash half stock.
