I hate to disagree with you here, but I was one of them that called this company twice... both answered by it seemed to me the same woman who was exasperated (this was wen they unexplainedly went from Pink Current to if I remember double black diamond and then about a week later or so went pink limited.) She said they were working on it as quickly as they could... when I saw it went pink limited I had some faith and patience... but both are wearing thin...
