More great stuff! That guy knows his tech...and Your point about it being the longest case on her docket is interesting...I heard that she is ready to retire...but stayed on this case..not sure when or how true that is...but the length of this case might nudge her to rule quickly as again..She knows google stole the tech and lied about using it...she is aware that they are trying to say the tech has changed...and she knows not much has changed in the claim 16 wording...99.5% chance she rules in NLST favor as its really comes down to common sense after NLST 912 was certified...IMO

One other thought...Chuck on the CC confirmed that Googles Intervening rights only applies to a period of time...so the royalties going forward are still a given..I believe its Feb of 2020 to 2029? not sure of the end date..I also heard 2026...but its a lot of money....

Agreed, Wesley is the brightest bulb over on the YMB , has all the technical background on NLST memory patents and products.

His posts are very irrefutable, and he makes a very strong case for NLST in both their current legal battles and more importantly, their future earnings from their substantial product portfolio.

If you haven’t read his posts, be sure to do so , a former Google employee with extensive NLST technical product knowledge is a great benefit to NLST investors
