The Pestell acquisition was unanimously approved by Nader and the BOD. Nader then blew up Pestell with an unjust firing costing shareholders $7.6 million, as determined by a third party arbitration panel because Nader dismissed Pestell without cause.

Pestell refused to bow to Naders lack of ethics and defied him from running an unsafe trial protocol. If the case pleadings are read a thing or two may be learned about using actual facts. ( unlike Amarex which is complicit in the HIV BLA SUBMISSION FRAUD).
