Yes just over 13 million shares outstanding. There were also 3.3 million warrant shares exercisable immediately as of october 18 that did not have to be registered at a price of $1.71 so could be 16-17 million shares potentially. If the stock was worth $5 why did they just sell it 3 weeks ago for well under $2.. I mean they knew what sales were already then
