Exactly. Management's plan will drive this into the ground, divide and conquer the assets, then move on to new targets. As long as they can keep getting folks to invest in lies, they string the scam along. The spinoff is going to be yet another false catalyst, and mgmt relies on the facts PR's and unlisted companies are allowed to basically lie for fun and profit (a known risk.)
Then when Dad and Kids get enough suckers to invest enough innocent savings you have birthed built-in pumper evangelists who dont even recognize they are being used to spread another persons lies. They are in so deep, they are so threatened by the impending losses.... they will do ANYTHING to keep folks pouring money in. They are SO SCARED they will spend endless hours anonymously screaming/typing into a void (well, there are like 50 folks in here) about how they are smart and you are dumb.
They could have just bought a pasta dinner and put the spare change towards some worthy assets.
