Not enough investors buying shares.
The big boys don't trade on Pinks. So that cuts out 99% of trades.
Some trading platforms don't support the OTC, so that limits retail customers.
The ones that do trade on Pinks, aren't impressed by the company.

Basically, because of accounting practices, we've alienated 99.9% of all potential investors right out the gate.

What we see now is this dicky-birding back and forth between MM's and guys who are just trying to sell shares to make rent.
