It could be an institutional so I wouldn’t say so… they may hold for much higher gains with the potential here
There’s a couple ways to look at it which I think is causing today’s action… One is they’re not selling but could sell and causing people to unload gains rather early… The other is they’re not selling… Causing people to buy and take advantage of a panic…
