What is "data lock"? This PPS is suppose to skyrocket when that happens.

This seems to lend credence to an email posted earlier that was purported to have been from Leo.

Perhaps the poster would be willing to re-post Leo's email as my memory may not be accurate.

I believe Leo said there were plans to notify media of developments and there would be an "investment bank?" where potential partners would be referred to.
