Only way you can get SGB is from the exchange where the snapshot was done because they have the access back to the Flare token claim to where the amount of SGB comes from. If theres a way to do it apart from where the snapshot was done is news to me.
Those who went thru the trouble to do it on the Nano have that front/back end access to do it.
