On February 15, 2021, the Company engaged (the “Engagement Agreement”), Trimark Capital Partners (“Trimark”), a Grand Cayman company to provide agent services for the sale and issuance of up to $100 million in a series of bonds.

Any proceeds will be used to acquire real estate assets and advance the company’s business development plans.
