It isn't a matter of traders selling down here in my opinion. We know the debt situation and the pending conversions. Traders are not stupid and if they have traded in the OTC for very long they know how it turns out so they aren't buying. The best short term scenario is that they finance some of that debt again and run the typical PR that they have paid off some notes and get some volume for the conversions. If they get 400 million volume over two days like before maybe some will be able to flip it for a few bucks. I have seen this pattern of 400 to 500 new shares a quarter before and it doesn't end well.

The only thing we can hope is that debt will be greatly reduced on the balance sheet with latest round of dilution (CEO said balance sheet would be improved) and that he hits the Q3 ARIA revenue numbers in the ballpark of a $1.8M 2H21. Even at 4BN shares (still ways to go) market cap is still very low and should be upside here in the next few months
