I’d think he’d be inclined to ride the merger news up just like everyone else if that’s the case. Even if the immediate candidate doesn’t work out, the shell will continue to be attractive to others.

I have no idea, but I don't think it's Ben. It's OTC in general and many were still holding millions free shares. I figure it's someone who doesn't want the risk of next update, happy to take profits while limiting their exposure in the OTC market, which many have been doing already. Just my 2 cents. That's probably all it's worth. It would've got me 2 gumballs back in the days. Wish all of us luck.
