Funding, the A/S will also be increased to 2B most likely. It probably won’t happen this year but I think definitely early next year. They already announced they will need 100+ million shares for this transaction. Then do the numbers 800M shares O/S at let’s say $.10, do you honestly believe this company is worth $80M dollars right now? The honest answer is no. Trust me, I’ve lost some money here as well, I stopped lowering my price point at $.25 I was hoping for a run up to $.45 my cost. It’s not happening. I will sell soon, good luck to all though
