the old is gone and paid off.. There were new ones done Spring 2021 that can now convert to shares at 61% discount... Very easy to quickly get toxic if the price doesn't hold.

The really should have filed timely before talking about dilution, but hindsight is 20/20.

I don't think we'll see uplisting until late next year, just a guess.
