Don't know about "fireproof"? I've seen many tickers, loose QB status.
Just Saying, there are no guarantees.
But I do agree, that it's a lot better than Alternative Reporting. Especially, when it comes to financing.

Yes, 'Hope' and a prayer too. I've been burned so many times with 'hopeful' stocks I'm a little jaded so excuse me. Nothing here (penny stocks) is a certainty so I hope we move out of the basement and get rewarded for our patience. Of course just my opinions / thoughts. GL
