So by looking at the PPS it supposedly means that "nobody believes in the crap this company is spewing out???" Yet the PPS keeps is not stagnant but keeps moving which has allow numerous opportunities for those majority IMHO who do not see penny stocks as an "investment" but a way to trade and make money.
What it might "sound" like means absoutely NOTHING. So therefore the Duck looks like a Duck, walks like a Duck and gall darn it is a LEGITIMATE DAMN DUCK but not in the context it was portrayed as...
