I believe that by end of November should have results from 60 patients in Nash

How will they have any results until the Amarex lawsuit is resolved? My understanding is that Cytodyn is not in possession of the data they would need to do an analysis (never mind file a BTD request). That's why they're discussing 5 patients. They have that data from before they sued Amarex and lost access.
