J - honestly all I know is there is supposed to be some news coming before Nov 15 and some big news on or just after Nov 15. That's the latest I know and hoping it is true.

I think the plan is pretty simple. Get the S-1 approved by the SEC, approve RS, file Nasdaq application. Whether they can sustain a good price on a higher exchange in the company’s current form is the $1 million question.
