BB, unless there was a deal in place prior to the ANIP-BPAX merger, or a buyout of ANIP, I doubt we will see any revenue from the CVRs.

After the merger with Novitium, CVR holders will account for roughly 25 % of ANIP's current shareholders. The CEO has a fiduciary responsibility to represent all share holders. I will gladly give up the CRV's, if they take a more active role in Libigel's development and secure a larger stake in any partnership. If ANIP is going it alone, even better. In then end we would probably be further ahead.
