Couple more weeks, perhaps even after Thanksgiving. Given the previous PR that the merger would finalize by Dec 1st, I don't expect an official PR until end of month at the earliest. We may even have to brace ourselves for the possibility that the merger may not close until Decemeber or even early 2022. That's just the way things go sometimes in the OTC. Most times, actually.
