Suing pred at this point is a waste of time in order to collect anything ..1st off they had skull and crossbones caveat emptor for months ..anyone that is stuck ignored that flag at thier own peril . 2nd the company would not be collectible. 3rd If some ill gotten gains occured on illegitimate sales by brad or others who had restricted stock then maybe something could be gotten but probably hard to prove if it did occur
