You're incorrect, but there are other places to do business. Illinois is not the only land mass on the planet. Unfortunately, for "investors" VPER can only do $4,000 in revenue, despite being a "global" company. VPER existed before the "infrastructure bill". Cybergrab and VRoom aren't going to be affected by "infrastructure bill" in the US and none of their products is going to be affected by "infrastructure bill" outside of the US.
