I'm not good fizzle at keeping up with the share info either but the continuous flow of shares and downward spiral tells me the possiblity of increase in authorized (because they were so close to the 1 bil) was real....I weigh what a company is doing with the pps and whether given a large a/s coupled with an equally large i/o I can still get some place with the stock. For me the risk here is worth it so I'll hang in.

Excuse my ignorance, but how can a company that is authorized a certain amount of shares decide to double that amount without informing its shareholders??

Don't we own a piece of this puzzle that they are further dividing??
